Responsible for the full-process production organization of wood veneer panels, carbon crystal boards, and WPC grilles, including production scheduling, equipment dispatching, process implementation, and capacity assurance, to ensure orders are delivered on quality and quantity.

Responsible for full-process quality inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, formulating and implementing quality standards, controlling product environmental compliance, dimensions and performance, and preventing non-conforming products from being released.

Responsible for domestic and international market expansion, customer development and maintenance, order negotiation, quotation and delivery follow-up, as well as collecting market feedback to drive product and service optimization.

Responsible for corporate financial accounting, cost control, order receivables/payables management, tax compliance and capital planning, providing financial data support and risk control for production and sales.

Responsible for product appearance, structure and mold design, developing new wood veneer textures, carbon crystal board colors and WPC grille profiles, and providing customized design solutions for customers.
